This small eared owl can be found in:
Eastern North America from Eastern Montana and the Great Lakes to
the Gulf of Mexico; from Southern Ontario to Florida, and
South to Northeastern Mexico. It is happy in a variety of habitats,
from city parks to dense hemlock to suburban backyards.
This miniature measures 1 3/4" long, 1 1/4" wide, 2 1/4" tall.
