Shipping is based on weight and combined for multiple items. Excessive shipping charges are refunded. Whenever possible, orders received by 10:00am MST will ship the same day. All other orders will ship within 1-2 postal service business days. Delivery will usually take 2-6 business days depending on destination and chosen method. Please allow for possible delivery delays during holidays/high volume shipping periods. Most orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) however, very large orders or orders that include over-sized or very heavy items may ship via FedEx or UPS Ground - please be aware that those orders can not be delivered to post office boxes.
If you have unusual delivery circumstances (ie: you may not be home to accept delivery, a secure drop-off site is unavailable, your mailbox is not large enough to hold packages or, you have previously experienced problems with undelivered mail, etc.) please be sure to leave special instructions for your carrier where your mail is dropped off or, prior to remitting payment: (1) contact us and request the addition of Signature Confirmation at which time an additional cost of $1.95 will be added to your order and a revised invoice will be emailed to you or, (2) Request that your order be shipped via UPS with Signature Required and a revised invoice will be emailed to you.
Note: Not all of our items are gift boxed. If you would like an item gift boxed, we may be able to provide one for an additional charge. Please keep in mind this may delay shipping time.

FREE SHIPPING (sort of) - After months of trying several different free or discounted shipping programs we have determined that the most advantageous approach for everyone is to discount the prices of our products rather than offer free shipping. By doing this, you will find that in many cases, the total cost of your purchases will be at or below the MSRP. This also makes it possible for everyone, including our international customers, to save money regardless of the size of their order.

RETURNS: All items are guaranteed to be as described. Photographs of unique, non-production items will be of the actual piece you will receive. While we try to provide our own photos for all items, it may be necessary to use stock photos from the manufacturer therefore, item received may have slight variations in color and finish. Please refer to the "more details" portion of item descriptions for additional information.
Returns are accepted and refunds gladly given upon original item receipt and inspection. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason, please contact us via email for return instructions within three (3) days of receipt of your item(s). Please include a phone number where we can reach you. Returned merchandise must be received by us within thirty (30) days of delivery. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) and if item(s) are in the same, salable condition as was shipped, we will issue a refund for your item(s) excluding any shipping costs in lieu of a restocking fee.
If the return is a result of our error or an item was grossly misrepresented, we will refund the price of the salable item(s) plus shipping costs. Refer to our Customer Service page for return address.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Although we take exceptional care in packaging each and every item, accidents do happen therefore, all orders are shipped insured by U-PIC. Should your order arrive damaged, inform your carrier of the damage and obtain documentation then contact us immediately for return protocol. Please be sure to keep all packaging and packing materials as received as it may be necessary for you to return the entire order to us.
LOST ORDERS: In the event that you believe your order was lost while in transit, please obtain a copy of the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking information and immediately contact Dezign Zoo, your carrier and/or the USPS or UPS Office closest to you. We will do our best to assist in locating your order however, a 45 day waiting period is required before insurance claims can be issued for lost parcels.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently the shipping rates available are for orders with a total shipping weight of 4 pounds or less. If your country does not appear in the drop down menu, either your order is over the 4 pound limit or we do not ship to your country. Contact us for assistance. With exception of posters and prints, all orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS) and shipping costs include insurance provided by U-PIC.
International Insurance Claims: All of our merchandise is inspected for defects or damage prior to posting for purchase. Report any damage incurred while in transit to your local Post Office immediately and contact us (Dezign Zoo™) for additional claim protocol. A 45 day waiting period is required before claims can be issued for lost parcels.
